• Conduct research on target companies, industries, and candidates
• Support consultants in coordinating and scheduling interviews
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions
• Provide general administrative support as needed
• Maintain and update the candidate database
• Assist in candidate identification and screening

🎓 Requirements:

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Fresh Grad, preferably in Business or Human Resources
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with private equity and venture capital industries is a plus
