People Development Intern (Next Level Internship)

Key Responsibilities

• Act as co-facilitator and support learning delivery (attendance, notes, presentation, and internal promotion material)
• Support people development programs from preparation, and manage learning sessions and activities.
• Support logistic arrangement for people development and onboarding program (scheduling, invitation, reporting, and documentation)
• Assist in training need analysis through qualitative and quantitative method

Requirements

• Having basic level proficiency in using spreadsheets (Vlookup, IFs, Pivot)
• Team player, responsible initiative taker, and problem solver
• Preferably possess backgrounds in psychology, communication/PR, or management
• Fresh graduated/final year students
• Self-confident, creative, and innovative
• Able to WFO every Wednesday
