Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate proficiency in implementing career development plans.

- Possess knowledge of system training and development of training plans.

- Take responsibility for identifying training needs within the organization.

- Create comprehensive training reports to track progress and effectiveness.

- Develop training and curriculum modules to enhance employee learning and development.

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree without prior professional work experience (excluding internships), preferably in the final year of studies

- Strong verbal and written English communication skills

- Demonstrated leadership experience and active involvement in student organizations or campus activities

- Excellent communication skills and a positive work attitude

- Dynamic, creative, and high-energy individual
