Responsibilities:

• Design and implement innovative training and development programs.
• Analyze trends and metrics with the people department
• Enhance communication and collaboration among teams.
• Drive employee engagement, embodying the standards of creativity and innovation.
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
• Consult with line management and provide daily people guidance
• Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
• Suggest new People strategies
• Provide people policy guidance
• Ensure adherence to JJ’s policies, values, and legal compliance.
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
• Analyze performance, fostering growth, and excellence.
• Cultivate a unique culture through talent acquisition and retention.

Key Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of global labor laws and practices.
• Passionate about strategic, people-centric solutions reflecting JJ's mission.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a progressive, innovative environment.
• Expertise in utilizing cutting-edge HR technology.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, aligned with JJ’s voice.

Location

JJ is an organization with offices in multiple cities in Indonesia. This position is located in East Jakarta and is onsite four-days a week. We require all employees to be fully vaccinated against Covid with a primary series and booster.
