Learning & People Development Specialist

Main Job Responsibilities

• Create and explore new strategic management and innovation tools for people development.
• Execute traning activity to increase employee's competencies according to individual needs.
• Manages the organization’s talent, leadership and team planning processes.
• Builds, coaches and facilitates effective teams through the effective use of tools, team building activities, development activities and supporting the leaders in creating an engaged environment.
• Manage culture implementation.
• Develop capabilities through series of training, development & facilitation.
• Works collaboratively with the organization team to develop a healthy leadership pipeline for the organization.
• Acts as the organization’s learning organization conscience by advocating practices that improve team effectiveness, systems thinking, personal mastery, employee engagement and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

• Min. 5 years related experience in HR Learning, Training & People Development in insurance industry.
• Familiar with learning platform.
• Good analytical thinking.
• Having experience as a trainer / Learning & Development Assistant will be prioritized.
• Having excellent communication as trainer will be adventage.
• Bachelor Degree from reputable university in any major preferably in Management/Psychology/Communication/Informatics Management.
