Manage job grading and job title for any changes on employee's status

Handle the whole process of training and certification

Minimum 5 years experience as Human Resources/People & Organization Development

Create and explore new strategic management and innovation tools for people development.

Bachelor Degree from reputable university in any major preferably in Management/Psychology/Communication/Informatics Management.

Manages the organization’s talent, leadership and team planning processes.

Develop capabilities through series of training, development & facilitation.

Min. 5 years related experience in HR Learning, Training & People Development in insurance industry.

Having experience as a trainer / Learning & Development Assistant will be prioritized.

At least 2 years experience in developing API / Web Services management system

Carry out product development by designing innovative application systems needed by customers, and submitting them to management for approval

Experienced in developing applications in switching systems, such as Base24, ON/2, Postillion, BPC or others

Willing to take new responsibilities

Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

Assisting the Business Development Division and the Pre-Sales team if needed for more technical product explanations to customers/prospective customers

Strong analytical, detail-oriented, problem-solving, and project management skill

Bachelor's degree in Information System or related discipline, with at least 2 years in business analyst experience

Assist in setting up, maintaining and implement upgrades of HRIS

Proactively changing or designing new tools/processes/work flow for improving HRIS and HR service level

Ensure the configuration of HRIS to enforce the security access to data according to the applicable regulation and compliance policy

Provide solutions to questions or problems regarding HRIS and its interface with vendors when required to resolve issues

Have 2 years experience in the same field or position.

Excellent and experience with SQL Server, Oracle, Google Suite, Microsoft Office.

Making Changes in the Concept / Development of Core or Non-Core Systems.

Conducting a business needs analysis and recommendations related to System Change / Development.

Implementing UAT for system changes / development.

Evaluating the development of core / non-core, along with planning prevention against things that will happen.

Have 2 years experience in the same field or position.

Excellent and experience with SQL Server, Oracle, Google Suite, Microsoft Office.
