People & Organization Development Specialist

Scope of Work:

• Become people partner for employees and conduct people consultation & review
• Develop & maintain company and employee's activities program
• Maintain & update employee's database regularly
• Managing organization structure designs
• Manage job grading and job title for any changes on employee's status
• Responsible with full cycle of performance management system & appraisal
• Develop & conduct employee's survey
• Create policies & procedures in HR areas
• Maintain promotion, demotion, or mutation program implementation
• Handle the whole process of training and certification

Requirements:

• Microsoft Office and Google Workspace proficient
• Minimum Bachelor of Psychology or HR management from reputable university
• Minimum 5 years experience as Human Resources/People & Organization Development
• Have a creative mindset, intiative, dynamic and easily adaptable to new environments
• Have a good communication, public speaking and interpersonal skills

Plus Point if you:

• Have experience in EPC Company
• Experience in handling HR System & Database
• Certified with Human Resources or CHCP

Preferred trait:

• Able to work under minimal supervision and proactive
• Agile
• Well-organized and systematic
• Good communication, planning, and time management skills
