Human Resources Development Specialist

PT Taka Oozora Semesta (Natasha Group) is engaged in Food and Beverage (Petit Paris Boulangerie, Daruma, Nox Coffee Boutique), Skin Care (Naavagreen Plus), and Coffee Roaster (Daruma). We are currently looking for experienced and professional individuals for the following positions:

Qualification

-Min S1 Psychology/Law

-Have a similar experience min 2 years

-Understanding of Labor Law, various psychological test and KPI's

-Responsible, Disciplined, and Honest

-Willing to visit the branch regularly (Yogya Area)

-Preferably Yogyakarta

Job description

- Planning recruitment, selection, and psychological tests according to user needs

- Provide cultural socialization, rules and regulations of the company to new employees

- Renew work contracts based on appraisal evaluations

- Identify and design training needs (TNA)

- Looking for and establishing cooperation with agencies related to apprenticeships, Job Fairs, etc

- Periodically record and update employee data

- Registration, Mutation, Non-activation with BPJS system

- Recap and filling document administration (off, payoff, permission, overtime, etc)

- Recap and report company assets if there is damage and need repair (include Checking STNK tax extension)
