Organization Development Specialist Jobs

Job description :

• Implement the compensation and benefit program
• Manage job analysis, evaluation and job description as well as job grading
• Design, develop, and manage the strategies and framework of Performance Appraisal to evaluate and motivate employees objectively and fairly.
• Partner with HC Managerin creating and Performance Indicators
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement and overall organizational effectiveness
• Propose, review and to ensure and KPIs align with business goals.
• Design and develop effective organization structure to help people to achieve the organizational targets
• Plan and develop reward and benefit strategybased on reward and benefit market trend to ensure the implementation of fair pay system
• Help company leaders determine the headcount of employees which is required in a position through workload analysis or other measurements.

Requirements :

• Experience in leveraging technology to improve organization effectiveness.
• 3+ year’s experience in professional Organization Development.
• Experience in full cycle of Performance management system such KPI or OKR at Tech Company.
• Experience with Organization Structure, job description, job grading, job evaluation, company SOP & Policy developing, Compensation & Benefit Program (including salary structure) andmonitoring
• Multitasking, agile & creative mindset, quick learner, and result oriented.
• Ever work at Tech company or multinational company will be preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
