Bachelor degree all major, preferably industrial engineering/management/psychology.

Mastering the ability of Workload analysis, performance appraisal, man power planning, organization structure, key performance indicator, job management, career management.

Minimum 3 years work experience in the Organization Development.

Assist Company's Management To Initiate And Review Current Development Program That Inline With Company's Goals

Prepare Policy Regarding Talent Management In Accordance With Company's Need

Min 3-4 years experience as supervisor/assistant manager in Manufacture

Develop Employee Career Development Based On Company's Organizational Requirements And Career Path System

Min 5 years of experience in Organization Development, People Development in Manufactur

Proven experience in organization development, job analysis, job assessment

Experience in full cycle of Performance management system such KPI or OKR at Tech Company.

Manage job analysis, evaluation and job description as well as job grading

Partner with HC Managerin creating and Performance Indicators

Design, develop, and manage the strategies and framework of Performance Appraisal to evaluate and motivate employees objectively and fairly.

Plan and develop reward and benefit strategybased on reward and benefit market trend to ensure the implementation of fair pay system

Implement the compensation and benefit program

·Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Huma Resource Management from Reputable University

·Plan, Measure, Monitor & evaluate the performance management system.

·Preferably having experience in the same field

·Attention to detail and have a good communication skills

·Manage Job analysis, evaluation & job description as well as job Grading.

·Willing to do business trip

Experience about 1 year in the same field and industry

GPA (or IPK) min. 3.00

Will be placed in Mayora HQ

Have knowledge about Performance Management System

Review organizational structure on a regular basis based on company needs.

Review employee's job description accordance with organizational structure.

Plan and design suggestion for the development of productivity.

Provide suggestion for development and improvement of competencies according to work load and responsibility of the work.

Administer performance evaluation process to ensure the implementation of performance management in the organization

Having HR certifications is an advantage.

At least 2 years of work experience in the related field is required for this position.

Maintain organization structure, job description and KPIs to ensure all the job positions are accurate and up-to-date

Perform job analysis, and workload analysis process to ensure the organizational effectiveness.

Maintain and update HR policy & procedures to ensure all activity within the organization are comply with the standard procedures

Experienced in Performance Management and People Development will be a plus point

Minimal 2 years of experience in Organization Development

Propose & review for organization structure settlement (e.g. position title, job description, etc.)

Review proposal of organization change plan, manpower planning, and job details which must be aligned with organization's standard

Prepare job evaluation for all positions based on needs

Analyze business performance and direct the development/automation plan

Manage employees’ performance management systems and processes (KPI/OKR)

Minimum of 2 years of experience in People & Organization Development

Supervise the development of SOPs

Design, develop, and deliver training programs and initiatives to enhance employees' competencies

Develop the organizational structure and job descriptions

Report directly to the Human Capital & Legal VP

Minimum five years (5) experience in a similar role

Having an experience on handling Organization Structure and Design

Bachelor Degree in any major

Strong Business acumen, strategy thinking, independent with the ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment

Willing to work in Kebon Sirih, Jakarta Pusat
