Job Description
  • Provide suggestion for development and improvement of competencies according to work load and responsibility of the work.
  • Provide proposals for development and improvement of rewards and remuneration system.
  • Review employee's job description accordance with organizational structure.
  • Review organizational structure on a regular basis based on company needs.
  • Plan and design suggestion for the development of productivity.


Minimum Qualifications


  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
  • Attention to detail, eager to learn, fast learner.
  • Advanced to use Microsoft Excel & Power Point.
  • Have knowledge about Performance Management System
  • Preferably candidate with minimum 1 year work experience in organization development. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources / Management or related field from reputable university, minimum GPA 3.00. Master Degree would be an advantage
  • Fluent in English (both written & oral)
