Snr. Organization Development Executive

:

• Prepare job evaluation for all positions based on needs
• Review proposal of organization change plan, manpower planning, and job details which must be aligned with organization's standard
• Analyze business performance and direct the development/automation plan
• Propose & review for organization structure settlement (e.g. position title, job description, etc.)
• Maintain the manpower planning of organization

Requirements:

• Experienced in Performance Management and People Development will be a plus point
• Bachelor's Degree of Industrial Engineering or other related majors
• Strong planning and organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage changing priorities, handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to a changing business environment
• Minimal 2 years of experience in Organization Development
