Job Description
  • Conducting job evaluation and recommending the grade to employees.
  • Analyze and develop succession planning.
  • Monitoring and documentation the achievement of job goals of all employees.
  • Carry out job analysis and compose job description along with job competence profile in accordance with organizational design.
  • Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare the organizational structure and Man Power Planning according to business development.
  • Recommend key performance indicator and job goals for each position and employee.
  • Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan.
  • Bachelor degree all major, preferably industrial engineering/management/psychology.
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in the Organization Development.
  • Job Requirements
  • Mastering the ability of Workload analysis, performance appraisal, man power planning, organization structure, key performance indicator, job management, career management.
