Main duties and responsibilities:
- Analyze, evaluate and propose concept/ framework/plan/program regarding all initiatives in OD, Talent Management, Career Management, Performance Management, Organization Design, Competency modelling, Professional Engineer Certification, Assessments and any required initiatives inline with organization needs and with anticipation on future employment needs.
- Consults with HCBP on performance, organizational and leadership matters.
- Build and maintain communication with all stakeholder to ensure same understanding about OD program.
- Partner with all leaders to implement talent strategies effectively, successful measures that have been defined and design principles have been applied and considered.
- Ensure implementation of talent identification and program include performance management, succession planning, key talent, career development and competency assessment.
- Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
- Communicate regularly with HR department to get a clear view of company’s hiring needs and organizational goals.
- Ensure all activities in Organization Development is within budget, as schedule and as per requirement.
- Update policy and procedure in line with to company needs and requirements.
- Maintain and ensure all key data being updated (i.e Organization Chart, JD, Job Grade, etc) as per required in line with company needs.
- Lead, conduct and monitor the implementation of all initiatives in own area.
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor Degree In Management (Preferable in HR), Psychology & Engineering
- Min 6 (Six) years in Organization Development or Generalist or Business Partner and knowledgeable in OD area or related field
- Able to use with Ms Visio
- Mastery in Ms Office
- Have knowledge in HCIS
- Presentation skills
- Data analytical
- Strong in Projects execution
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
