What you'll do:
  • Manage data and documents related to OD and Performance Management, such as organization structure, mobility records, and performance data.
  • Assist with Organizational Development and Performance Management tasks and projects
  • Contribute to various People Team’s projects.
  • Provide day-to-day support in resolving employee queries around OD & Performance Management areas.
  • Support the design and implementation of Performance Management processes and campaigns.
What you'll need:
  • Active English proficiency
  • Fresh graduate or final years student from Psychology/Management/Human Resources related field Attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Google Suite
  • Eagerness to learn, with strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Keen interest in OD and Performance Management
