We are looking for People Training And Development whoresponsible for identifying training needs, designing and delivering training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness. They create teaching plans, develop instructional materials, and ensure employees’ growth aligns with company goals. They have expertise in instructional design, learning principles, and talent management

Job Desc :

• Create orientation programs for new employee training and coordinate with departments regarding schedules and delivery of training materials.
• Handle all HR administration processes
• Create competency design, competency matrix and training curriculum to fulfill training needs and improve employee competencies.
• Implement and evaluate training effectiveness and training related administrative activities
• Coordinate with users regarding targets, training modules, syllabus and presentations
• Conduct TNA (Training Need Analysis) including facilitating and monitoring training activities
