PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT

with descriptions below:

Responsibilities:

• Design learning program material (workshop/webinar) to be delivered in online/offline class
• Manage the project from A to Z as a credible project leader
• Understand the client's needs well and develop them into a program proposal
• Facilitate the learning program as an insightful discussion partner
• Maintain partnership with clients as a reliable relationship manager

Requirements:

• Passionate in people development area and have 1-7 year related experience, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Data-driven person and strong growth track record
• Ability to work in a creative, fast-paced environment with strong communication
• Initiative, passionate, and ‘go-getter’ person
• Ability to engage audience, deliver thoughts
• Bachelor/Master Degree of any background
