Job Responsibilities:

The Consultant will create business opportunities for the company in the CX (Customer Experience) area including CRM, Omni-channel contact center, workflow management, etc. The Consultant will initially focus on customer success for existing customers and develop opportunities for upselling, enhancements, and new products and services requirements of the customers. The Consultant must analyze customers’ existing enterprise IT environment, identify pain points and future needs, and able to formulate and articulate strategies for improvements and directions to the customers.

• Discover and create business opportunities through IT consultation

• Collaborate with product managers to understand existing products and services strengths

• Develop strategies for holistic approach in selling CX products and services

• Perform meetings and discovery workshops with customers to identify needs

• Engage customers CXO level to deliver consultation on CX roadmap

• Prepare and delivery sales presentations and marketing literatures

• Perform market research and competitive analysis

• Collaborate with partners for co-marketing and selling

• Identify new products that help to strengthen CX portfolio

Job Requirements:

• In-depth experience in enterprise IT products and services, preferably in Customer Experience related products

• At least 5 years of working experience in a senior position related to enterprise IT solutions, preferably in IT consultancy, product management, business analyst, or pre-sale role

• Broad knowledge of enterprise IT solutions and possess good understanding of latest market trends

• Resourceful with good business acumen

• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with all stakeholders

• Able to engage customers’ senior management to articulate the company’s values and offering

• Able to perform deep analysis of enterprise IT needs and relate them to business needs

• Fundamental knowledge of business finance and able to perform costing and pricing analysis

• Bachelor degree in engineering, computer sciences, or a related field
