Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead XL Axiata enterprise / B2B segment unit of marketing communication, customer experience and touchpoint unit. This function supports Enterprise Business Unit with XL Axiata Business Solutions as the brand. Enterprise segment is a new growth engine which shows progressive double-digit revenue and profitability growth in the last 3 years. The unit acts as a trusted advisor and strategic partner mainly for Enterprise product & marketing, Large Enterprise, and Small-Medium-Enterprise groups. The role manages 3-4 team members. The role selects and manages creative, digital and media buying agency dedicated to grow XL Axiata Business Solutions brand.
Scope Of Work
  • Create and oversee all marketing strategies across multiple business units inside Business Solutions (Sales, Product, mainly), to deliver original, cutting-edge marketing programs across BUSOL segments
  • Plan a diverse range of sector-specific program from leadership building to demand generation or brand campaigns. Acting as a brand guardian as well for XL Axiata Business Solutions brand
  • Own performance marketing strategy, helping support business development and market penetration especially in the areas of B2B across multiple industry verticals. Focus, both in LE and SME
  • Lead Account-based Marketing strategy, partnering with Sales (both segment LE and SME) to drive the strategic aims of the business to deepen and extend client relationships
Requirements
  • Balanced in logical thinking and creative artwork visualization
  • Have clarity in thought process and step-by-step thinking approach
  • Experienced in building high-performing teams
  • Strong in presentation planning and delivery
  • Put forward integrity, customer-centricity, and simplicity
  • Experienced in managing marketing function as a strategic business partner
  • Min. 8 years relevant experience in telco B2B product marketing / marketing communication including at least 4 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
