JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Creating a Media Relations plan to maintain positive relationships with the media and secure media exposure for Aromatik International's products.
• Monitoring event proceedings and post-event outcomes
• Assisting the Marketing Manager in creating event planning for the sales & marketing division
• Coordinating with internal and external parties to execute partnership plans
• Creating event reports after the conclusion of events
• Monitoring partnership implementation and creating partnership reports afterward
• Coordinating with internal and external parties to ensure smooth event preparations and execution
• Developing partnership plans aimed at enhancing brand awareness, shaping brand positioning, and increasing audience engagement

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience
• Passionate about work and willing to go the extra mile to deliver the best results
• Able to collaborate effectively with others
• Detail-oriented in planning, coordination, execution, and reporting
• Experienced in organizing events
• Proactive and brimming with ideas for brand development
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Communication, Management, or Business
• Sociable and enthusiastic about networking
