Job Description

Responsibilities :


  • Event evaluation with all stakeholder to define what’s already good, what’s missed, and what to improve / lesson learned, measure its success and effectiveness. Event reporting and repository
  • Defining all complete material, persona, and impression for marketing campaign as well as defining and start product's use case and white paper if needed
  • Socialize to small testing groups to get the impressions and feedback to agency/vendor to revise the KV
  • Responsible to check, monitor, evaluate and plan proper action for all touchpoint performance, visit, transaction, analytics, etc.
  • Plan a diverse range of sector-specific program from leadership building to demand generation or brand campaigns. Acting as a brand guardian as well for XL Axiata Business Solutions brand
  • Responsible to monitor and own Enterprise touchpoint effectiveness with the objectives to enlarge sales lead-making opportunities, improve user journey and design it as a B2B marketing channel
  • Run multiple projects with Management level stakeholders, other business unit or segment in XL to create synergy, that extend to all corners of the business in XL Axiata
  • Ad-hoc request of editing image/vide, shooting and broadcasting.
  • Define and orchestrate an industry-based customized pitch presentation materials. Handle Deck Standardization template and socialize to all stakeholder
  • Supporting sales and lead generation efforts / Identifying potential customers. Follow up, Track, and Measure lead generation push to salesforce and measure the effectiveness and impact as well as pointing failure point from customer journey of sales funnel
  • Create and oversee all marketing strategies across multiple business units inside Business Solutions (Sales, Product, mainly), to deliver original, cutting-edge marketing programs across BUSOL segments
  • Lead, plan and develop B2B Digital marketing campaign capabilities and commercial schemes to leverage digital presence by partnering with strategic partners (Linkedin & Salesforce Pardot)
  • Own performance marketing strategy, helping support business development and market penetration especially in the areas of B2B across multiple industry verticals. Focus, both in LE and SME
  • Define Digital Advertising strategy and tactical activities and align with the strategy and campaign theme, not limited to Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google Display Network, Google Marketing Platform, Social Media Ads, Publisher
  • Responsible to liaise, align, and own Enterprise account & subscriber base management strategy along with CVM Enterprise with the objectives of improving leads, retaining accounts and maximize account-based profitability
  • Handle and monitor, also create action plan post Analytics of Touchpoint using Google Analytics, Matomo, Social Media Analytics, Salesforce Pardot, WABA Analytics, etc.
  • Lead Account-based Marketing strategy, partnering with Sales (both segment LE and SME) to drive the strategic aims of the business to deepen and extend client relationships
  • Responsible to liaise, align, and own Enterprise customer experience strategy along with CX Team with the objectives of identifying improvement points and produce clear recommendations based on macro & micro journey


Requirements :


  • Experienced in managing marketing function as a strategic business partner
  • Have clarity in thought process and step-by-step thinking approach
  • Experienced in building high-performing teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Min. 7 years relevant experience in telco B2B product marketing / marketing communication including at least 4 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities
  • Balanced in logical thinking and creative artwork visualization
  • Put forward integrity, customer-centricity, and simplicity
  • Strong in presentation planning and delivery
