Pr & Partnership Executive Jobs

We are looking for a PR & Partnership Executive based in Jakarta, Indonesia with strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver our brand story and strengthen our relations with KOLs, Brand Ambassadors, brand partners, and media across Indonesia. You will work within the Brand Team, work closely with the Trade Marketing Team, and work with the appointed PR Agency in Indonesia to manage and execute PR related strategies to support brand launches, campaign activations, and events in Indonesia.

SCOPE OF WORK

PUBLIC RELATIONS & EVENT MANAGEMENT

In close partnership with the Brand Manager Indonesia, Brand team and PR Agency:

• Manage report of events and campaign activations in Indonesia.
• Prepare and edit brand corporate communication such as press releases, interviews, key notes for public appearances, media kits, and PR kits.
• Co-plan strategies and monthly campaign and activations with the brand team and appointed PR Agency for Indonesia.
• Strategize and organize brand-related events such as trade shows, media gathering and networking events.
• Manage communications between appointed PR Agency for Indonesia with Green Rebel to make sure deliverables are met to expectation.
• Maintain and keep track of online and offline media clippings for any media appearances or mentions of Green Rebel in Indonesia.

KOL, BRAND AMBASSADORS & PARTNERSHIP MANAGEMENT

In close partnership with Brand Manager Indonesia, Brand Team and PR Agency:

• Conceptualize and manage strategies and events relevant to the brand (such as product launches, commerce opportunities, and sponsorships).
• Increase brand awareness through KOL placements and monitor key performance metrics of KOLs and assist in reporting.
• Actively curate relevant KOLs for Green Rebel and update Indonesian databases regularly.
• Maintain and keep track of KOL clippings for any KOL product mentions or features though different social media platforms of Green Rebel foods in Indonesia.
• Manage report of KOL engagement based on approved budget allocated.
• Manage communications and maintain relationships with KOL, Brand Ambassadors, and brand partnerships.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Has strong verbal, written, and organizational skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia;
• Is highly motivated and is willing to take initiative & follow up with details;
• Has 3-5 years of prior industry experience in brand marketing, communication KOL Management, or Public Relations;
• Able to network and has good social skills;
• Diploma in Brand Marketing, Communication, or Public Relation;
• Has knowledge of F&B industry, healthy lifestyle, and plant-based food;
• Is a cultural savant who is able to work comfortably and efficiently across different cultures, religions, backgrounds, and cities; &
• Is able to work under highly collaborative but high-pressure environments with tight deadlines
• Has a keen eye for detail, organized and takes nothing short of the highest standards;
