Job Description

The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.


Job description

  • Coordinate with related divisions for the implementation of training
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training & development implementation.
  • Responsible for implementing training.
  • Prepare employee development needs plans and analyze training needs (Training Need Analysis)
  • Develop training programs (including materials and methods) that are interesting and effective in accordance with current development needs.
  • Work on training reports according to established procedures and times.


Qualification

  • Experience min. 1 year as HR Training.
  • Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology (preferably Industrial Psychology), or equivalent.
  • Understand Training Management, the concept of Training Need Analysis and have the ability to create Training Modules.
  • Accustomed to compiling learning modules, pre and post test questions, periodic competency test questions.
