Job Description

  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at various levels
  • Keep updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure training materials are up-to-date and relevant
  • Participate in performance review discussions with departmental manager to align training initiatives with career development goals
  • Adapt training delivery methods to accommodate different learning styles and preferences
  • Design and develop effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, online modules, and assessments and also make improvements or necessary adjustment to training contents and delivery methods
  • Communicate training offerings and opportunities effectively to employees
  • Utilize a variety of instructional techniques to ensure effective knowledge transfer
  • Monitor training program effectiveness and gather feedback from participants for continuous improvement
  • Identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to training content and delivery methods
  • Maintain and organize training module, training records and documentation while also track participant progress and generate reports
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue setup, and required equipment
  • Collaborate with Head of HR to identify areas of improvement and development needs for individual employees
  • Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging and interactive training content
Requirements


  • Proven experience in instructional design, training delivery, and adult learning principles
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with e-learning tools and technologies is a plus
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using training related software and learning management system
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
