Job Describtion :

• Ensure that statutory training requirements are met
• Evaluate training and development programmes
• Develop effective induction programmes for new staff, apprentices and graduate trainees
• Manage the delivery of training and development programmes
• Build annual training program and prepare training plans
• Identify training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis
• Design and expand training and development programmes based on the needs of the organisation and the individual
• Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior

Requirement:

• Having good capability to design and implement competence level
• Computer literate
• Patient, communicative, and good interpersonal skills
• Having good capability to develop position description and job evaluation
• Strong Skill in Excel, Word & Power Point
• Sound knowledge of Training Needs Analysis, performance management, job evaluation, position description, and competence level.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field of study
• Having good capability to design and implement performance management
• English fluency
• At least have 4-6 years experience in Training and People Development (in Logistic Company would be advantage)
• Good observational skill
• Good analytical skill
• Having capability to teach and a wealth desire to share knowledge to others
