Job Description
The People team plays a crucial organisational role in Shopee by channeling important resources to key functions in the company. People are key to Shopee’s growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees.



  • Doing recapitulation and compiling lists payment of claims from HRIS submitted by Account Payable Team to be paid to employees through payroll use ensure the suitability of the payment amount to employees
  • Compile master payroll list and data employee to be sent to the vendors every month to ensure data given is correct
  • Carry out the registration, termination, and/or changes related to BPJS Health, BPJS Employment, transportation, DPLK, and employee insurance to ensure employees receive benefits appropriate
  • Analyze and propose potential benefits for employees to increase list of employee benefits
  • Perform recapitulation and calculations overtime, DPLK discount, parking discount membership, and others to ensure accurate calculation data
  • Make payments through projects and purchase at HRIS to make sure payment is made according to applicable policy
  • Create and submit journal templates bookkeeping required to be processed by the Finance Team to ensure payments made are informed to the Finance Team
  • Conduct education to related employees benefits provided by the company, including through onboarding, updating information on the intranet, and media sharing others to ensure that employees informed about their benefits have
  • Check and resolve problems that occur regarding employee benefits to be followed up (either directly done on the spot or escalated to superiors)


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Strong analytical abilities and detail-oriented to interpret complex data and trends
  • Familiar with compensation and benefit principles, policies, and practices
  • 3-5 years of of experience in compensation and benefits role or a similar HR role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellence communication skills to interact with employees and external vendors
