What Will You Do

As a Culture and Engagement Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting and enhancing our company's culture and employee engagement initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional team to develop and execute programs that foster a positive, inclusive, supportive, and collaborative work environment. Your responsibilities will include assisting in organizing events, conducting surveys, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to improve employee satisfaction and overall organizational culture. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in the field of HR and provides an opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization's culture and engagement goals.

Responsibilities:

• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends related to employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of culture and engagement efforts with other people programs.
• Ability to operate adobe or other design platform would be a plus
• Collect and analyze data from surveys and other sources to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for enhancing employee experience.
• Assist in monitoring and tracking employee recognition programs, including employee appreciation efforts, service awards, and employee feedback mechanisms.
• Contribute to the creation of training materials and resources aimed at educating employees about company culture, values, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Help create and distribute employee surveys to gather feedback on work satisfaction, company culture, and engagement levels.
• Support the development and implementation of communication strategies to promote company values, culture, and engagement initiatives.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.

What Are The Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
• Familiarity with HR practices, employee engagement strategies, and organizational culture concepts is a plus.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
• Strong passion for creating positive work environments and fostering employee engagement.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
