Act as a point of contact for employees' inquiries, concerns, and requests, providing timely and effective assistance.

Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace morale and team dynamics.

Assist in candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination of interviews.

Min. 1-2 years related experience in HR Culture & Engagement.

Act as the Human Resources communications person in charge for the launch of special programs and events.

Support and maintain the employee engagement programs and initiatives that support organizational goals and culture.

Supports design and administration components for employee engagement surveys.

Bachelor Degree from reputable university in any major preferably in Communication or Design Communication.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Min. 2 years experience in culture & engagement specialist in HR team would be a preferred.

Outstanding communication skills (verbal & written) in both Bahasa Indonesia & English.

Extensive knowledge of social media communication techniques.

Define, maintain, and instill a consistent corporate branding guideline across the company.

Develop content planning and create communication campaigns consistent with recruitment strategy through social media, events, and other channels.

Collect and analyze data from surveys and other sources to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for enhancing employee experience.

Minimum education S1 all majors, preferably from Psychology.

Have minimum 2-3 years work experience especially in insurance industry.

Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities through survey, come up with data analysis and spearhead engagement programs.

Excellent knowledge and understanding of labor and employment laws to comply with compliance requirements, HR policies, and best practices.

Manage & report on budget allocation & expenses for Engagement & Culture program initiatives.

Analyze data in the area of internal engagement & culture to provide insights & improvement recommendations.

Provide a platform where employees can experiment and communicate their ideas for company improvement.

Build relationships with business leaders, internal teams, target participants (all business units), vendors, and other stakeholders.

Develop and implement strategies to improve employee morale and foster employee engagement.

Have experience in handling events is preferred

Assist in the team’s administrative and operational tasks

Last year semester from all major (Preferably Fresh Graduate)

Proficiency in creative writing is highly desirable

Fresh graduate or penultimate student from a top university, specializing in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Communication or a related field.

Previous internship experience in the human resources field, particularly at a technology company, is a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and create compelling communication materials.

Devise and implement innovative programs and activities that promote and sustain our organizational culture while enhancing employee engagement, happiness, and well-being.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of engagement programs and initiatives, fostering collaboration and teamwork.

Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and innovative ideas to continuously improve our employee engagement initiatives.

Excellent with time, task, and project management skills

Bachelors in Project Management, Communications, Public Relations or other related fields

Organise and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

Administrations related work, including invoicing, finance, and tax-related document

Strong communicator with skills in writing and public speaking

Experienced in managing events from conceptualization to execution
