As a Culture & Engagement Intern you will be managing activities in various employee touchpoints and also be responsible for events in GoTo group wide. You will be managing activities in several Employee Clubs and Communities, and also developing the communications for all Culture & Engagement programs in various medium

What Will You Do

• Managing day to day activities of Employee Clubs and Community, such as maintaining contact with members and tracking monthly budgets.
• Supporting Culture & Engagement activities and programs across various employee touchpoints, including Onboarding, Values Internalization, Employee Engagement, Communities at Tokopedia Tokopedia Wide Events, and GoTo Wide Events. Your role may involve being the main PIC, acting as an MC, facilitator or moderator, and/or handling administrative tasks.
• Developing communications and campaign plans for all Culture & Engagement programs and activities. This includes creating copywriting for the events.
• Creating key visuals such as posters and banners for communication and campaign related activities.

What Will You Need

• Open to college students or fresh graduate who are looking for an internship opportunity from any major
• Able to handle multiple stakeholders with different characteristics
• Ability to work in a fast paced work environment
• Proficiency in Canva is a must, while other design platform is a plus
• Having experience in university organizations is a plus
• Able to spend a 3 month internship in Tokopedia — 5 working days of work in the office
• Demonstrated experience in copywriting for an effective communication campaign
