Fresh graduate or penultimate student from a top university, specializing in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Communication or a related field.

Previous internship experience in the human resources field, particularly at a technology company, is a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and create compelling communication materials.

Devise and implement innovative programs and activities that promote and sustain our organizational culture while enhancing employee engagement, happiness, and well-being.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of engagement programs and initiatives, fostering collaboration and teamwork.

Minimal lulusan D3, khususnya jurusan Administrasi

Minimal memiliki 1 tahun pengalaman sebagai admin

Memiliki pengalaman mengoperasikan MS Office

Demonstrated interest or coursework in adult learning and training program management, quantitative and qualitative research, data analytics, and training facilitation.

Participation in skill building sessions – i.e., facilitation, training, design, and delivery.

Support the Learning and Culture Managers – with other relevant tasks, as required.

Participate in and contribute to meetings, including taking minutes

Physical presence on the office as required

Fresh graduate or senior student (currently within his/her last semester) preferably from faculty of psychology.
