Culture And Learning Supporting Intern

• Support the Learning and Culture Managers – with other relevant tasks, as required.
• Listen, absorb, analyze, and synthesize, both orally and in writing, key themes from data gathered in meetings, background documents, and group discussions.
• Participation in skill building sessions – i.e., facilitation, training, design, and delivery.
• Participate in and contribute to meetings, including taking minutes
• Under superivision, design and develop learning materials (handouts, PPTs, workbooks, etc.) using a variety of principles such as creative graphic design, cognitive psychology and adult learning to enhance learning effectiveness.
• Research and data analysis.
• Physical presence on the office as required

Job Requirement

• Ability to work independently on projects and tasks.
• Fresh graduate or senior student (currently within his/her last semester) preferably from faculty of psychology.
• Good academic qualifications.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated interest or coursework in adult learning and training program management, quantitative and qualitative research, data analytics, and training facilitation.
• Communicative and resourceful.
• Proficiency in creating presentations and creative digital contents (Microsoft and Google Suites)
