Responsible for preparing and fulfilling the needs of online training implementation

Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for training implementation needs

Responsible for assessing the tasks of the trainees given

Demonstrated interest or coursework in adult learning and training program management, quantitative and qualitative research, data analytics, and training facilitation.

Participation in skill building sessions – i.e., facilitation, training, design, and delivery.

Support the Learning and Culture Managers – with other relevant tasks, as required.

Participate in and contribute to meetings, including taking minutes

Physical presence on the office as required

Fresh graduate or senior student (currently within his/her last semester) preferably from faculty of psychology.

Final Year student in Education / HR Management / Psychology or related major from a leading university

Excellent communication skills (verbal & non-verbal)

Monitor training activities to ensure they are relevant and effective.

Evaluate training activities implementation to ensure training effectiveness

Monitoring and managing e learning of Kompas TV

Passionate in the field of training and broadcast/media

What capabilities you’ll need (Requirements):

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Monitoring all training implementations to provide technical support for Trainers

Recapitulation of training costs and feedback results from ongoing training

Maintain records and documentation from training activities, attendance, assessments, and others

Minimum semester 6 or fresh graduate D3/S1 students from all major

Assist end to end training process, from training need analysis, module development, training implementation, & training evaluation

Compile data & doing administrative things related to learning process

Involved in any assigned project of People Team

Fresh graduates from Psychology or related majors (Final year students are also very welcome)

Have a high willingness to learn

Have an interest in learning & development
