People Learning & Development (Intern)

About the role:

A reliable support system for the L & D department to ensure all training operational needs are fulfilled. They will monitor pre and post training preparation by working closely with the L & D department members. A good team player and an effective communicator for multiple levels of stakeholder.

What you’ll do (Responsibilities):

• Maintain records and documentation from training activities, attendance, assessments, and others
• Provide support to the L & D department to oversee all training activities such as training invitation, reminding trainers and participants, accommodation, logistics, and report
• Monitoring all training implementations to provide technical support for Trainers
• Recapitulation of training costs and feedback results from ongoing training

What capabilities you’ll need (Requirements):

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Minimum semester 6 or fresh graduate D3/S1 students from all major
• Honest, disciplined, trustworthy and responsible
• Mastering Ms. Excel / Google Spreadsheet
• Meticulous, detailed and neat
• Highly motivated and willing to learn
