Learning Project Manager Jobs

As the Learning Project Manager, you will play a vital role in managing and ensuring success of training programs and lead the initiative of learning experiences improvements. The ideal candidate will have an excellent problem solving, data analysis, and relations management skills.

More specifically you will:

• Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure the quality of our learning programs and features, as well as ensuring its compliance
• Oversee, mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful training program
• Proactively identify problems and find efficient, creative solutions and apply
• Evaluate and analyze training program effectiveness through assessments, evaluations, and participant feedbacks for continuous improvement
• Build and manage relations of all project related stakeholders and customers, such as instructor, mentor, participants, student success, advisor, coach, etc including conflict resolution, engagement, and disciplinary actions
• Stay up to date and research for emerging trends and best practices in learning and development, and online training methodologies
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of learning programs to ensure they are running smoothly and meeting quality standards
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire qualified and culture-fit talent

Requirements:

• Excellent and timely problem-solver and decision makers, able to continuously develop creative solutions to business challenges.
• Growth mindset, continuously update knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in data, learning and development
• Strong in data analysis/analytical skill with proven track record in managing, implementing learning and development project that successfully increased student’s completion rate
• Excellent planning and organizing skills with track record of managing complex and large-scale projects with attention to detail and to take an overview of operations
• Willing to work hybrid in BSD, Tangerang area
• Bachelor Degree in Information System, Information Technology, Mathematics, Education, Business Administration, or related field in reputable university (Binus/PrasMul/ITB/Gunadarma/related)
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain relations within all project's stakeholders
• 4-5 years of experience in learning operations and management, learning development, product management, IT project manager or related fields. Experienced Project Manager of a Management Trainee Program in Corporate is highly preferred
