Job Description

Qualifications :

  • Willing to work as a cluster in Atria Hotel & Residence Gading Serpong
  • Min 2-year experience in training and development programs from a hotel management company
  • Able to plan and implement an effective training curriculum, modules & syllabus
  • Execute learning strategies and performance report analysis
  • Strong skills to Implement various learning methods hotel-wide (e.g. coaching, seminars, online training)
  • Passionate about helping people learn and grow
