As a Learning and development operations intern, you will play a pivotal role in creating impactful learning experiences supporting students throughout their learning journey.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting and monitoring the training process
• Facilitate, oversee, and evaluate students and trainers' performance
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of learning programs to ensure they are running smoothly and meeting quality standards
• Collecting and analyzing training data from students and instructors' performance
• Proactively identify and analyze problems, and apply creative solutions for continuous improvement
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and best practices in learning and development, and online training methodologies.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs through data collection, analysis, and reporting

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams, candidates, students, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Final year students or fresh-graduate;
• Excellent problem-solving, planning and organizing skills with a record of managing complex projects with attention to detail and the ability to take an overview of operations and develop creative solutions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education, psychology, training program, or related area. Preferably from Binus/Top 15 Universities in Indonesia;
• Have a solid skill in using Zoom for webinar and Google Workspace for data/document processing;
• Willing to work hybrid in BSD, Tangerang area
