Learning And Development Planning And Evaluation Specialist

To take lead in planning all the learning needs and evaluating the results of UPH Faculty/Unit based on UPH lecturer and staff profile that is founded upon UPH Vision and Mission through managing the requirements of internal and external training and further study and evaluating them as to acquire relevant employee qualification and capacity to perform respective roles both in academic and non-academic areas.

• Design and develop learning program objectives, requirements, syllabus, catalog and communication strategy for targeted learning programs to leaders and employees.
• Collaborate with resources of partner/ subject matter expert to develop lesson plan, learning content, learning assessment instruments, learning support tools and learning delivery to support employee development needs.
• Collaborate with Faculty/Unit to identify external training plan for respective employees to support individual capability improvement based on position or grade.
• Deploy the employee profile qualification and Faculty/Unit learning needs into learning and development program objectives for respective targeted employees
• Collaborate with Rectorate / Faculty / Unit Leaders to analyze skill and knowledge gaps as learning needs in order to build UPH lecturer and staff profile qualifications based on position or grade.
• Analyze and propose budget needed for learning & development plan activities

Job Specification :

• Understand Professional Development process and tools
• S1 Any Major (Preferably from Theology or Education or Psychology with Biblical, Theological Backgrounds)
• Facilitation and Training Skill
• Min. 30 years
• Min. 5 year experience in teaching in a higher education or training field
• Having faith & learning activity experience
