As a Senior Learning and Development for Data Engineering program, you will play a pivotal role in creating and delivering impactful learning experiences to our students. You will leverage your expertise in data engineering to design and deliver learning programs

More specifically you will:

• Lead Data training sessions by delivering engaging, enjoyable, high-quality learning experiences
• Evaluate delivered training, curriculum, and learning experience to provide innovation and a better experience for participants continuously
• Understanding clients’ data-driven business needs, develop and present concepts, as well as monitor the project succession.
• Oversee, mentor team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful training program
• Research and develop high-quality learning contents to continuously improve work-relevant curriculum
• Lead and guide students through development of real-world projects that will showcase their capabilities and align with client’s project scope

Job Requirements:

• Ability to perform tests and validate data flows to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Proven experience in data exploration, data cleaning, data imputation, and feature engineering on both unstructured and structured data.
• Passionate in developing people, able to make complex things simple and communicating it well.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Analytics Engineer/Data Engineer. Experienced in Consulting Firms/Agency or as Trainer/Lecturer is highly preferred. Kindly attached your projects portfolios.
• Proven track record in managing, executing, and delivering successful learning/training project
• Strong proficiency in big data and database technologies, including SQL/MySQL, DBMS, Data Warehouse, Data Mining, Data Mart, Meta Data Integration, Data Pipeline, ETL/ELT
• Expertise in Python, R, and Web Scraping (API, JSON).
• Bachelor degree in Information Technology or Information System
• Familiarity with Cloud technology, GIT, and Google Environment (Google Cloud Platform, Google Data Studio, Google BigQuery, etc.).
• Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining optimal data pipeline architectures for training statistical and machine learning models.
