We are currently looking forChurn Data Analystfor our clients in various industry.

s:

• Creating insight & analysis for Churn Retention and Collection process.
• Conduct an analysis on churn (retention and collection) program, related to its effectiveness & quality.
• Conduct an analysis & segmentation on churn prevention (retention and collection) program, and create an analysis & insight based on the result.
• Coordinate with unit in charge related to insight and analysis given.
• Conduct a periodically update on churn KPI.
• Give a recommendation to Operation (Retention and Collection) team related to churn prevention program.
• Churn Loss revenue under company budget.
• Coordinate with related unit to give them an insight to increase company performance.
• Provide 2 insights / month.
• Business analysis & insight cannot delivered due to lack of data availability.
• Coordinate with unit in charge related to data mining, enrichment, and enhancement.
• Churn rate (meet company budget).
• Report & insights cannot be delivered on time due to IT infrastructure limitation.
• Lack of insight quality due to not updated to company business process, and external business situation.
• Conduct an analysis and define how to reduce the number of churn customer.
• Conduct an analysis on why customer is churn.
• Lack of analysis skill will affect the quality of analysis and insight.

Job Qualifications:

• Managerial Competency: Analytical Thinking, Planning, Coordination, and Execution.
• Technical Competency: Database Management, SQL Query, Tableau.
• Leadership Competency: Interpersonal Relation.
• Education Min. Bachelor Degree in IT.
• Core Competency: Continuous improvement, Achievement drive, Customer Focus, Taking Ownership, Team work.
• Work Experience Min 2 years experienced in same field.
