Job Description
  • Work in a team to produce online modules.
  • Develop learning program to improve employee productivity.
  • Develop and facilitate relevant in-house training session / program.
  • Optimization of Learning Management System.
  • Coordinate the development, delivery and evaluation of the learning program.
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders (production) to identify training needs at the corporate level
Minimum Qualifications
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills
  • Understand the business process in plantation area
  • Good analytical thinking and integrity
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
