What Yo Will Do

• Identifying training course needs
• Work closely with instructional designer and others stakeholder
• Research, analyzing, and develop module course
• Designing training evaluation model

Requirements

• Minimal 1-year experience in the same field
• Self-starter and independent with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
• Have a good ability to research training materials
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field required
