Manager, Paper Machine (Brown Paper)

JOB Responsibility

1.Being responsible at production budgeting, chemical cost, repair & maintenance, material consumptive, business travel, man power planning, spare part and other necessities.

2.Organize resourcess (Man power, Raw material, consumables, and Machine/Tools) and collaborate with respective department to optimize execution Quality Control, Management system, safety & environtmental management system

3.Coordinate with Quality Department to investigate customer complain and implement corrective action

4.Improve current formulations of products (Raw Materials, Process control parameters) to improve Quality and Profitability

5.Organize energy and steam consumption of machine operation and improve its performance to achieve low carbon emission

6.Execute implementation sustainability management (ISO, EMS, Safety, MBOS, etc) to make business sustainable and continuous improve

Requirements 1.Background Education Min. Diploma / S1 Engineering or Management

2.Min. 3 years in paper production manager 3.Deep knowledge of brown paper production system, chemical and quality parameter of paper machines

4.Control budget, loss time, raw material, chemical and production performance 5.Self-updated with the new paper machine technology

6.Fair english ability
