POSITIONS:

1. MARKETING SUPERVISOR

2. MARKETING MANAGER

Tasks & Responsibilities:

a. Develop sales and marketing strategies to achieve predetermined targets

b. Build good relationships with distributors and other relevant parties

c. Evaluate the feasibility of potential distributor collaborations

d. Conduct market and competitor research

e. Prepare sales reports and other related reports

f. Lead a team and provide motivation to the team to achieve sales objectives

g. Monitor and analyze sales performance and sales activities regularly to ensure consistency in achieving company sales goals/targets

h. Manage the financial budget for Sales & Marketing (2)

i. Develop individual and team target planning and work strategies (2)

Qualifications:

a. Minimum Bachelor's degree (any major), preferably in Industrial Engineering/Chemical Engineering.

b. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Marketing Supervisor in the Paper Manufacturing industry, preferably in Industrial Paper and Cultural Paper (1)

c. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the Paper Manufacturing industry (2)

d. Extensive network of contacts.
