Head, Production (White Paper)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Plans, develops, communicates and Implements production system and processes.
2. Monitor the cost and effectiveness of production activities to prioritize spending, and achieve volume, quality, and manufacturing standards.
3. Monitor & ensure excellent production performance, ensure all problems, issues, and corrective action are taken during production process.
4. Monitor and maintain production’s resources usage.
5. Ensure implementation sustainability management (ISO, EMS, Safety, MBOS, etc) to make business sustainable and continuous improve
6. Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop team of managers and other professionals
7. Contribute to strategic planning at top management level

Job Qualifications:

1. Diploma / Bachelor Degree, preferably major in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering and/or Paper Production
2. Min. 5 years experience in senior managerial position with broad/depth concept Knowledge
3. Deep knowledge of white paper production system, chemical and quality parameter of paper machines
4. Control budget, loss time, raw material, chemical and production performance
5. Self-updated with the new paper machine technology
6. Good Chinese Mandarin & English ability
