Tech Production Head Jobs

Perform daily data entry fit-up and welding log sheet drawing, NDT result, material traceability into PCM system (PCM data Entry).

Ensuring Logsheet/CIR from production team are progressively recorded / entering into system before performing NDT (if any).

Ensuring Material Traceability Numbers (MTN) are progressively recorded / entering into system refer to material list in the

Approved drawing and MCR index.

Perform associate production tech duties, documentation control and compilation any data required for project fabrication structures and piping.

Ensuring that project data records are progressively compiled to ensure accuracy and traceability is maintained.

Work closely with the supply, operations & finance team to provide a superior customer experience & pricing for our sales partners.

Minimum 8+ years of sales experience either in logistics & supply chain industry. Start-up Logistics experience is preferred.

Have prior experience of managing teams with ability to inspire & set a strong culture of belonging & ownership

Preferably have a strong knowledge or interest in the logistics & supply chain industry

Pengalaman 2 tahun pada bidang yang serupa / sejenis.

Kemampuan mengatur dan membagi waktu serta komunikasi yang baik, baik internal maupun eksternal.

Preferred, 20 years Min. In similar fields and knowledges.

Controlling and monitoring the availability and system capacities, ensure the users are able to operate the system.

Decides on the tuning performance system collaborate with assigned Vendor based on the result of performance review system.

Bachelor Degree with Technology Information background

Good to have: Business Process Analysis, SQL Query, understanding Business and Integration Application

Worked in agile environment and has good grasp of agile cadence

Min. 5 years experience in senior managerial position with broad/depth concept Knowledge

Ensure implementation sustainability management (ISO, EMS, Safety, MBOS, etc) to make business sustainable and continuous improve

Contribute to strategic planning at top management level

Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop team of managers and other professionals

Deep knowledge of white paper production system, chemical and quality parameter of paper machines

Plans, develops, communicates and Implements production system and processes.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of production staff.

Able to think outside of the box, and to provide profitability proposal to the Senior Management for business growth.

Have skills and knowledge in assessing, setting up and maintaining production infrastructure in good order.

Develop and manage the production schedule to ensure timely delivery of products.
