Job Description

s:

  • Melaksanakan dan memastikan berjalannya kebijakan perusahaan sesuai prosedure yang berlaku di unit unit kerja
  • Menjalankan fungsi fungsi Human Resources ( IDP, TR, Coaching, Counseling, Mentoring, TMP/HVA)
  • Performance Management/OD/IR/C&B/Komunikasi/Sistem & Prosedure/ Staffing & Recruitment dan outsourcing di area unit kerja dan menselaraskan dengan kebijakan pusat.
  • Memberikan pelatihan dan pendidikan terhadap modul training dari pusat maupun terhadap inisiatif dari atasan dan pribadi


Job Requirements:

  • Minimal S1 Psikologi
  • Memiliki relasi dengan pemegang regulasi ( Disnaker)
  • Handle Payroll, Rekrutmen, Training
  • Minimal pengalaman dibidang Talent Management, People Development, dan yang relevan selama 3 tahun
  • Handle all karyawan terkait dengan regulasi ( PKB, UU Cipta Kerja )
  • Penempatan Lampung
  • Terbiasa handle Industrial Relation
