Job Description

:

- Increase desk collection productivity in order to achieve higher success rate


Job Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in any field

- At least 2 years of working experience in Desk Collection / Tele Collection Supervisor

- Strong interpersonal and good communication skills

- Strong in leadership and people orientation

- Having knowledge about multi finance Business Process

- Used to work with Microsoft Excel & Google Workspaces

- Willing to be placed at TangCity Mall - Tangerang
