Experienced in producing training content (video, audio, gamification, etc

Experienced in developing training materials for large contract workforces, and/or in-field operations (or sales) teams

Bachelor’s degree in Education technology, Communication, or related field.

Experienced in creating and owning content calendars, and ensuring timely delivery against deadlines

At least 10 years of experience in data management and analysis for M&E, learning and adaptive management.

Knowledge of and experience with M&E frameworks, and reporting systems;

Manage a rigorous approach to M&E to measure performance toward specific goals and objectives, including quantitative, qualitative, and participatory methodologies.

Experience with USAID programming highly preferred.

Demonstrated leadership skills and ability working collaboratively and independently.

Strong communications, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Proven experience in data exploration, data cleaning, data imputation, and feature engineering on both unstructured and structured data.
