Planning, coordinating, and controlling activities in the Engineering Department in the context of building operational activities, ensuring the optimization of subordinates' performance and implementing follow-up on complaints or requests in an integrated manner.

Responsibilities

·Create a technical strategy and budget proposal

·Implement and monitor technical strategy performance metrics

·Communicate engineer team goals with engineering staff members

·Coordinate internal teams to ensure project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

·last education S1 Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering

·have experience in the same field at least 5 years

··experienced in the maintenance of generators, air conditioners, chillers, STP, elevators, escalators, and civil works

·understand weak current electrical and network systems and be able to analyze troubleshooting and preventive maintenance

·have experience in the property sector
