RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the end-to-end process of internal projects, including the timeline, development plan, and execution.
• Assist People Development team to conduct benchmarking on industry best practices to identify and evaluate employee’s development needs, as well as engagement programme.
• Additional responsibilities within the People Development team as assigned.
• Execute learning strategies, curriculums, and programmes.
• Create regular contents about SIRCLO employees to be further shared through various channels.
• Work together with multiple stakeholders to ensure high quality work in the terms of training and development, as well as culture.Propose and run rigorous and innovative culture-related activities to boost employee experience and engagement.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Have a good analytical thinking, project management, and problem solving skills.
• Have great interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-driven and proactive.
• Willing to work from office at BSD, Tangerang (hybrid).
• Able to commit for a six-month or more full-time internship programme from July 2023.
• Eager to learn about company culture, people development, and engagement
• Able to turn insights or information into compelling contents.
• Proficient in English.
• Have a sharp eye for details with a can-do-attitude.
